It applies to this website and to the enquiries we handle by phone, email and text message.

We only ask for what we need to quote and complete roofing work:

• Property and job details: roof age, roof type, description of the damage, photographs you send us and any insurance claim number you choose to share.
• Payment and billing information, handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to schedule and carry out inspections, prepare written estimates, order materials, complete the work, invoice you, honor warranty claims and answer questions about a job. Where you have asked us to, we also use it to coordinate with your insurance carrier or adjuster.

We may send you service messages about a scheduled job. We only send marketing email or text messages if you have opted in, and every message includes a way to opt out.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the parties needed to do the work:

• Crews and licensed subcontractors assigned to your job.
• Material suppliers and manufacturers, where a warranty must be registered in your name.
• Your insurance carrier or public adjuster, when you have asked us to work the claim with them.
• Service providers that run our website, scheduling and payment systems, under contracts that limit them to that purpose.
• Government bodies where we are required by law, for example when pulling a permit or responding to a lawful request.

How Long We Keep It

We keep job records, photographs and invoices for as long as the workmanship warranty runs, plus the period required by Florida law for construction and tax records. Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within 24 months.

Your Choices

You can opt out of marketing messages at any time without affecting work already scheduled.
