Professional installation of new roof

A new roof install is the right call on a new build, an addition, or when a tear-off leaves the deck exposed and worth upgrading. We install architectural shingle, standing seam metal and tile systems, all fastened to the uplift schedule your wind zone requires, and we leave you the permit close-out and the manufacturer warranty registered in your name.

We stage the dumpster and materials the afternoon before so your driveway is only blocked for the days we are actually working.

When this service is needed

  • A shingle roof past fifteen years
  • Leaks that keep coming back in the same spot
  • Hurricane, tropical storm or hail damage
  • Rising cooling bills and a hot attic

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer free roof inspections?

Yes. A licensed inspector climbs the roof, photographs every slope and sends you the report the same day, at no cost and with no obligation.

How do I know if my roof needs repair or replacement?

Lifted or missing shingles, cracked tile, granules in the gutters, stains on the ceiling or daylight in the attic. In Florida, age matters too: most shingle roofs here are done at 15 to 18 years.

How long does a roofing project usually take?

A typical Tampa shingle reroof is two days. Tile and metal run three to five.

Are your roofing services covered by warranty?

Yes. Fifteen years on our workmanship plus the manufacturer warranty on materials.
