What comes up most: fixed pricing, daily updates and a site left cleaner than they found it.
Whole roof replaced in two days. The crew was polite, the site was spotless, and the magnet sweep found nails I would never have seen.
We had a leak the morning after a storm and they were on the roof by two that afternoon. Fair price, no upsell.
Our new TPO flat roof came in ahead of schedule and the crew worked around our loading dock hours without a complaint.
From the free estimate to the county inspection everything was explained before it happened. No guessing at any point.
New seamless gutters and oversized downspouts. First real Florida downpour and not a drop near the foundation.
