Summit Ridge started in 2004 with one truck and a ladder rack in Globeville. Twenty-two years and three hail seasons a year later we are still family-owned, still Denver-based, and still sending our own certified crews to every job. We do not subcontract installs.

Our Roofing Process
Five steps, fixed pricing, and a project manager who answers the phone

Call or book online. We talk through the damage, your insurance situation and the timeline you need.
A certified inspector walks the roof, photographs every slope and sends you the report the same day. No cost, no obligation.
You get a fixed written quote with materials, labour, permits and cleanup itemised. Nothing gets added later.
Our own crews tear off, dry in and install, usually inside a single day on a standard Denver home.
A project manager re-inspects the finished roof, runs a magnet sweep of the property and registers your warranty.

What Our Customers Say
Don't just take our word for it—hear from our satisfied clients
Hail took our roof out in May and Summit Ridge had the adjuster meeting handled and the tear-off done inside three weeks.
They quoted a fixed price, hit it, and cleaned the yard so well I found fewer nails than before they showed up.
A leak we had chased for two winters. They found the flashing detail nobody else had looked at and fixed it in an afternoon.

Frequently Asked Questions
Insurance, timelines, warranties and what actually happens on install day.
We do. Our HAAG-certified inspectors document the damage, meet your adjuster on the roof, and handle the supplement paperwork. You pay your deductible and we invoice the carrier for the rest. We will also tell you honestly when a claim is not worth filing.
During hail season we run a dedicated storm crew and aim to have a tarp over any active leak within 24 hours. Full inspections are normally scheduled inside two to three business days.
A standard Denver re-roof of 25 to 35 squares is a one-day tear-off and install. Larger homes, steep pitches or metal systems run two to four days. Commercial flat roofs are quoted and scheduled by phase.
Every install carries a 25-year warranty on our labour on top of the manufacturer warranty on materials. It transfers once, which matters if you sell the house. Leaks caused by our workmanship get fixed at no cost and without an argument.
In our experience yes. Most Colorado carriers discount premiums for a UL 2218 Class 4 roof, and the roof survives a hail event that would total a standard three-tab. On the Front Range it usually pays for itself inside two claim cycles.
Often, yes. If the decking is sound and the damage is contained to one slope or a flashing detail, we repair it and say so in writing. We do not sell full replacements to homes that do not need one.
No. Every installer on your roof is a Summit Ridge employee, badged, background-checked and covered by our liability and workers comp policy. It is the single biggest reason our warranty claims stay so low.
Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Littleton, Arvada, Westminster, Thornton, Boulder, Longmont, Castle Rock and Parker. If you sit outside that ring call us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve you well.
